Staff

We have a unique opportunity to provide a safe and nurturing environment for your young child. Our caring and qualified staff members are specifically chosen to partner with your family in the growth and development of your child. Very early childhood is where the greatest developmental growth happens in children, and it is for this reason we place such a high emphasis on building collaborative relationships with parents and hiring qualified staff members. Not only are staff members required to meet the necessary education requirements of supporting young children, but they are required to be CPR/First Aid certified, must meet spiritual requirements, and must be members in good standing at an approved, local Christian congregation. If you are interested in our program you will be able to meet these staff members during your informational tour with our preschool director. All preschool, infant, and toddler employees are supervised directly by our preschool director. The school principal and vice principal also have supervisory responsibilities over the entire early childhood program. We also have a fully stocked resource room available for parent volunteers to compliment the teaching programs in all grades. There is a staffed position for questions or ideas on projects or teacher requests for help.
