About Our Summer Program

CCS operates a ten-week summer program. The program is designed for an educational, fun experience for children in grades K-5th. We provide an academic component combined with a variety of recreational activities which include swimming, outdoor activities, field trips on most Mondays, and service projects. It is the goal of the summer program to integrate an academic review component to assist in maintaining current grade equivalency during the summer months in a fun learning environment that is Christ centered.

The Summer Program includes field trips to both fun and educational destinations. Past field trip destinations have included: Monterey Bay Aquarium, Great America, The Exploratorium, The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Raging Waters, Golfland and Raging Waters.
