1967

The school opened its doors on September 11, 1967, by establishing a Day Nursery and Child Care program for children between two-and-a-half and five years of age.

1979

In June of this year, the Moreland School District Coventry Elementary School, located next to the Campbell Church property, closed. The church elders and school board saw an opportunity to establish a Christian elementary school with a mission to provide high academic standards in a Christian environment. The school opened in September with an enrollment of 105 students in Kindergarten through 6th grade.

1980

The 7th grade was added and enrollment increased, to 205 students.

1981

The 8th grade was added and enrollment, increased to 297 students. In addition, fifty were enrolled in the Day Nursery.

1990

Circumstances required a change of facilities.  The school was moved to the church property and its current location. The smaller space necessitated a reduction in the student population, so enrollment was limited to Kindergarten through 6th-grade students.

1991

The board and church reaffirmed their commitment to the new location and to continue offering families in the Santa Clara Valley a quality Christian elementary school. This commitment began a period of steady growth in the school's Kindergarten through 5th-grade student population, with both the elementary school and preschool achieving capacity enrollment.

1998

An expansion phase began with the addition of one class per year starting with Kindergarten until the current two classes per grade in K-5th was achieved.

2004

The Infant/Toddler program was started.

2011

In the spring, a formal capital campaign was launched to fund the expansion of the school facilities in order to add a Junior High School.

2012

In the summer of 2012, new building construction was started to expand existing facilities.

The Junior High was established with an enrollment of 20 for the first 6th-grade class. The school added one class per year.

2013

Construction of the new building was completed. The new facilities provided classrooms, a second computer lab, and school offices, as well as a full-court gymnasium. The total square footage of the school is now approximately 65,000 sq. ft, set on 4.7 acres.

Junior High 7th grade begins.

2014

The Junior High expansion is complete with the addition of an 8th grade.
