Enrollment for the 2025 Elementary Summer Camp is now open for students who have completed grades K-5.
Summer Camp Enrollment for families who are not enrolled at CCS for the academic year
Please access and fill out the Summer Camp Contract. Once you have filled out the Contract, you will need to download the Student Application and Emergency Contact form (blue button below).
Your application will not be accepted until we receive the following:
-Summer Camp Contract
- 2025 Student Application & Emergency Contact Information
- Immunization Records
- Latest Report Card
-$75 Application Fee (if received before April 17th)
