Join us for a fun-filled summer with flexible payment options, exciting activities, and incredible camp counselors!

Enrollment for the 2024 Elementary Summer Camp is now open for students who have completed grades K-5. Please note that families who complete enrollment for the Membership plan (contract completed and deposit submitted to the school office) by May 3rd will receive a season pass to Great America for the 2024 season.

Summer Camp Enrollment for families who are not enrolled at CCS for the academic year

Please access and fill out the Summer Camp Contract. Once you have filled out the Contract, you will need to download the Student Application and Emergency Contact form (blue button below).

Your application will not be accepted until we receive the following:

-Summer Camp Contract

-2024 Student Application

- Emergency Contact Information

- Immunization Records

- Latest Report Card

-$150 Application Fee
