The Extended Care program at Campbell Christian Schools is thoughtfully designed to support Elementary School families by providing safe and wholesome supervision before and after the regular school day. Our goal is to offer a caring environment where children can engage in physical activities, complete homework, and participate in arts and crafts—all while being nurtured in a Christ-centered community.
In Extended Care, students benefit from structured routines, meaningful social interaction, and attentive supervision from dedicated staff members who are committed to children’s well-being. Whether it’s outdoor play, quiet study time, creative projects, or simply enjoying fellowship with friends, we strive to make these hours both engaging and productive. This program supports working parents with peace of mind, knowing their child is in a secure setting that encourages growth, responsibility, and Christian character.
Children enjoy a mix of physical play, creative arts, and focused homework time under the guidance of experienced staff.
The program maintains a secure, welcoming setting, fostering positive relationships between students and caregivers.
Extended care is available on all school days, including minimum days (except the last day of school).
On days when school is not in session, extended care is available by appointment at an additional cost.
No Credit or Make-Up Days: Monthly fees remain the same regardless of attendance; no refunds or make-up days are provided.
Plan Changes: Requests to change plans must be emailed to Katie Dean by the 15th of the month to take effect the next month.
Late Pick-Up Fees:
Sign-Out Policy: A minimum $15.00 fee applies if a child is signed into extended care but not signed out.

Families can choose from the following full-time plans covering five days a week or select part-time options:

Drop-in care is available at a rate of $15.00 per any portion of an hour, providing occasional, flexible options for families when extended care plans do not fit.
